I have visited the Lizbekistan website and come away with a
number of questions that don't seem to be among your FAQ's. Does Lzkstn
have a constitution? Does it have any laws, that is , accessible laws,
something that the ordinary citizen, or even a minister can rely on?
Finally, are there any lawyers??
I know you are only recently re-opened, having been closed for a
long time. However, I was recently in Moldova which was recently
re-opened, having been closed for a long time and there they have a
constitution, many laws, lawyers, and lots of foreign experts with lots
of advice about how the laws might be re-written.
it seems to me that if your country is going to have any chance
at all at finding itself legitimately among other countries that have
only recently re-opended having been closed for a long time then you
will have to invite foreign lawyers to advise your officials and your
parliamentary representatives about how to re-write the laws, or if there
are none, to write them and to draft a constitution. A very important
provision for your consitution is to set up the orderly termination of
the country on the day you have pre-ordained--there ar many other
provisions, too, that are essential.
We are, of course, at your service, should you desire
consultations with legal experts with experience with recently re-opened
countries closed for a long period of time.
Sincerely,
Liz Hasse
